Job summary

Westfield Public Schools is seeking Student Mentors for Westfield Technical Academy in Westfield, MA. The role runs part-time during the school day (7:15 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.) with a stipend of $30 per hour.

You will support at-risk students academically and personally, reporting to the Principal or Designee. Responsibilities include building trusted relationships, helping students stay organized, collaborating with teachers and families, and promoting attendance and self-advocacy.

Qualifications

• Desire to work with at-risk students to support academic and personal growth
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
