Responsibilities

• Supervise up to 35 students per session for the Academic Support Program.
• Take attendance and ensure productive use of time.
• Log student accomplishments as evidence of productivity.
• Monitor academic progress and provide support for achievement.
• Review yearly attendance with students.
• Coach students on communicating needs, goals, and challenges to staff.
• Provide support to students who may be struggling or need help.
• Assist in collecting and accessing student assignments online.
• Enforce Westfield Technical Academy behavior as per the WHS handbook.
• Provide quarterly updates to school administration on program effectiveness.
