Job summary

The University Counseling Center at the University of Utah is seeking a 12-month full-time Care Coordinator to join a multidisciplinary team. This role focuses on face-to-face care management, coaching students, and coordinating with campus and community resources.

Responsibilities include transferring care planning, follow-up case management, and bridging communication between the Student Health Center, Dean of Students, and external providers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Health Care Administration, Business, Communication, Nursing or related field, or equivalency (one year of education can be substituted for one year of related work experience).
• Demonstrated human relation and effective communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide face-to-face care management for students in need of longer term or more specialized treatment.
• Coach and train students in navigating care, campus and community referrals.
• Collaborate with campus partners and community mental health providers to ensure appropriate services.
