Job summary

The University Counseling Center at the University of Utah invites applications for a full-time staff psychologist to join our multidisciplinary team on campus. This 12-month, benefits-eligible position supports a large student health environment and a broad client base.

Qualifications

• Ph.D or Psy.D in psychology from an APA accredited program (one year of education can substitute for two years of related work experience).
• Current licensure as a Psychologist in the State of Utah.
• One year experience in psychotherapy, group or family therapy within a clinical setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide initial consultations and crisis intervention services.
• Conduct individual, couple/relationship, and group psychotherapy.
• Provide outreach presentations to the campus community.
• Provide clinical supervision and participate in other training-related activities.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.
