Job summary

• Master’s degree in social work or related field is required.
• Minimum of 5 years’ relevant work experience in counseling or CAMHS.
• Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in MA.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the initial contact for students seeking care, conducting evaluations and triage.
• Monitor caseload capacity and assign providers accordingly.
• Ensure data entry into the Access database and EHR for encounters.
• Provide interim counseling and facilitate connections to off‑campus resources.
• Collaborate with CAMHS team and leadership to triage needs and care pathways.
