Job summary

Harvard University Health Services (HUHS) seeks a Clinical Access Clinician to serve as the first point of contact for students seeking mental health care. You will perform clinical evaluations, screen for safety, and guide next steps to connect students with appropriate services.

You will maintain a clinical caseload, coordinate with CAMHS and campus resources, and support triage, referrals, and crisis management within a collaborative interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required.
• Minimum of 5 years relevant experience.
• Experience with emergency/crisis care.
• Fluency in Chinese, Japanese, Korean, or Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first contact for students seeking mental health care.
• Conduct clinical evaluations and risk screens.
• Ensure entry of consultation data into Access database.
• Coordinate referrals to CAMHS and off-campus resources.
• Maintain clinical caseload and provide short-term therapy.
• Collaborate with CAMHS staff and psychiatry team.
• Promote HIPAA compliance and privacy.
