Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Adhere to safe-food handling and storage procedures.
• Prepare meals to meet dietary needs as directed by dietician and nursing director.
• Plan and purchase food weekly according to meal plans.
• Prepare a variety of meals and ensure portions meet dietary needs.
• Coordinate meals with student living department leaders and plan for Family Days.
• Serve meals in a timely manner per Telos schedule.
• Promote clean and tidy kitchen environments and assist in daily cleaning.
• Complete other assignments as directed by supervisor.
