Responsibilities

• Supervise and maintain the ACE Student Lounge to ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming environment
• Monitor student sign‑in/sign‑out procedures
• Perform light cleaning and general upkeep of the student lounge and departmental areas
• Assist with departmental administrative tasks, including checking and distributing mail, delivering department mail to the SR Post Office, maintaining departmental bulletin boards and displays
• Support departmental programs, activities, and special events (e.g., Homecoming, Trunk‑or‑Treat, and other campus/community events)
• Provide general assistance to the Department Chair, ACE faculty, and staff as needed
• Utilize computer applications and office technology effectively to complete assigned tasks
• Perform other duties as assigned that support the mission and operations of the department
