Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of office, clerical or customer service experience.
• Preferred: 1 year in call center and in financial industry (student loans or banking).
• Spanish-English bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to counsel borrowers on repayment options.
• Inform borrowers of responsibilities and consequences of default by phone, mail, or email.
• Update loan status in the system of record.
• Maintain clear documentation of borrower accounts.
• Attend in-office days Monday–Wednesday in Minneapolis.
