You will assess learning outcomes of events and compile statistics for annual reporting, while collaborating with campus and community partners to elevate the student experience.

You will guide students, organize leadership opportunities, and develop campus cultural programs across majors and departments, contributing to an inclusive and engaging campus

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s Degree and 1 year professional experience in higher education; a Master’s may substitute for 1 year.
• Knowledge of identity development and its impact on college students; ability to develop innovative programming for diverse student populations.
• Strong verbal and written communication, and interpersonal skills; ability to manage multiple assignments and work in a fast-paced environment.
