Job summary

The University of Chicago Booth School of Business invites applications for the Assistant Director, Student Life, Working Professionals Program. The role manages the program support and operations for the Working Professionals Student Life teams and provides direct student support to the Evening/Weekend and EMBA populations.

You will collaborate with student-facing staff, coordinate events, manage budgets and systems (Booth Groups, Oracle), and help deliver engaging experiences during class

Qualifications

• College or university degree in a related field.
• 2–5 years of work experience in a related job discipline.
• Preferred Bachelor's degree in a related area.
• Experience in higher education setting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with student-facing teams to identify program opportunities and enhance student experience.
• Supports student requests and problem-solving for EMBA and Working Professionals populations.
• Manages event logistics, communications, and budget oversight for Student Life activities.
• Coordinates with multiple program teams across international sites.
• Maintains systems for event registration and communications (Booth Groups, Oracle).
