Job summary

University of Chicago Booth School of Business seeks an Associate Director, Student Experience to manage day-to-day operations for the Specialized Masters Programs, including events, budgeting, and communications. Qualifications

• Minimum requirements include a college or university degree in related field.
• 5–7 years of work experience in a related job discipline.
• Proficient using student information systems and career platforms.

Responsibilities

• Owns day-to-day operations for SMP events and logistics, including vendor coordination.
• Develops early career job search coaching and employer relations programming.
• Coaches students 1:1 on career, academics, and life topics; supports program delivery.
• Maintains the program calendar and manages team communications and scheduling.
