Responsibilities

• Coordinates the implementation of Campus Life activities and events
• Assists in recruitment of students for Campus Life participation
• Helps coordinate operation of the NGTC Food Pantry and maintains pantry training
• Ensures campus printed materials are updated and appropriate
• Supervises Campus Life Work-Study and/or part-time employees
• Schedules Work-Study and Part-time staff to cover The Mark, Campus Life activities, grounds-keeping, and other college amenities
• Ensures Work-Study employees are trained for duties
• Ensures timesheets are submitted to Payroll on time
• Obtains Pool Operator Certification and maintains pool status with Health Department as needed
• Obtains First Aid/CPR trainer status to certify Campus Life and Residence Life staff
• Obtains certifications for operating or maintaining exercise equipment
