Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and two years related work experience.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Must possess a valid Driver’s License.
• Skill in the operation of computers and job-related software programs.
• Effective decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Interpersonal skills in working with a diverse student population.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Campus Life activities and events.
• Recruit students for participation in Campus Life activities.
• Assist with NGTC Food Pantry operations and training.
• Keep printed promotional materials updated and appropriate.
• Supervise Work-Study and part-time staff as needed.
• Schedule Work-Study/part-time staff to cover The Mark and facilities.
• Ensure Work-Study timesheets are submitted on time.
• Obtain and maintain required certifications (First Aid/CPR, pool operator).
• Maintain a mowing schedule for recreation areas and supervise staff.
• Support Residence Life and Campus Life Directors.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
