Job summary

Novel Prep is seeking an organized, responsible Student Life Coordinator with hands-on dormitory management experience to support daily operations, enforce safety policies, and foster a structured, supportive living environment for high school students.

You will develop clear SOPs, monitor conduct, coordinate after-school activities, and collaborate with administrators, teachers, dorm staff, and parents to ensure well-being, engagement, and respectful behavior within the dormitory community.

Qualifications

• Hands-on dormitory management experience is required.
• Experience developing dormitory policies, SOPs, rules, or student handbooks.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in dormitory management or student life.
• Experience working with high school students is strongly preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily dormitory operations, ensuring a safe, organized living environment.
• Develop and implement dormitory policies, SOPs, rules, and procedures.
• Monitor student safety, address incidents, and coordinate with school staff and parents as needed.
• Plan and supervise after-school activities and student clubs, with attention to safety.
