Job summary

Elizabethtown College is seeking a Student Information Systems Coordinator to support daily administrative and technical operations for the Student Life Division, including Counseling Services, Center for Student Success, and Residence Life.

The role will be in-person, Monday–Friday 8:30am–5:00pm, with occasional evenings and weekend hours as needed. The position emphasizes data accuracy, confidentiality, and strong collaboration across departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in education, information systems, or related field.
• Experience supporting students in a higher education setting or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and schedule counseling sessions for students.
• Develop and maintain data collection for monthly/annual reports.
• Maintain and become super-user in Student Life software (PowerBI, StarRez, Jenzabar, Slate).
• Collaborate with HR and other offices for hiring, onboarding, and payroll processing.
• Manage confidential student records in line with policy and law.
• Monitor and respond to Student Life communications (phones and emails).
• Support Orientation and Residence Life during events and procedures.
• Maintain Center for Student Success and Counseling Services web content.
• Oversee office supplies, monthly billing allocations, and purchasing card statements.
