Job summary

Yugo Auburn North is seeking a Student Ambassador to support leasing and marketing for our student housing community in Auburn, AL. The role reports to the General Manager and involves managing rentals, move-ins, renewals, and lead generation while maintaining resident relations.

You will handle lease documentation, inquiries, reports, and teamwork to ensure a positive resident experience. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in an administrative role or similar support function.
• Strong customer service and written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow processes accurately.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective clients and conduct property tours to showcase features.
• Process applications, deposits, and lease paperwork for move-ins/outs.
• Handle calls and in-person inquiries, maintain guest cards, and follow up with prospects.
• Prepare applications for approval and ensure apartments are ready for move-ins.
• Assist with lease renewals, collect rents, and support marketing/sales efforts.
• Provide market insights and help with weekly leasing activity meetings.
• Maintain reports, monitor market conditions, and support community improvements.
• Coordinate service requests and plan resident functions; track commissions.
• Participate in outreach marketing and maintain a welcoming community appearance.
• Ensure policy compliance and open communication with the team; flexible schedule.
