Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and three years of relevant experience.
• Experience providing administrative, programmatic, or operational support in higher education.
• Strong organizational, deadline-driven multi-priority management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with software systems, databases, or spreadsheets.
• Ability to interpret and communicate policies.
• Commitment to student-centered service.

Responsibilities

• Manage the student organization room reservation process, coordinating requests per policies.
• Maintain room reservation software and related platforms for timely processing.
• Serve as the primary contact for student organizations and campus partners.
• Develop and update SOPs, training materials, and website text.
• Monitor workflows and implement improvements for better service.
• Maintain records and reports related to reservations and space utilization.
• Assist with software updates and system enhancements.
• Support assessment related to reservation activity and program space needs.
• Provide administrative support to the Student Organizations team.
• Track deadlines and organize information to support unit operations.
• Assist with program logistics, events, and compliance tracking (Clery, etc.).
• Maintain compliance tracking for Clery, state, and federal reporting annually.
