Job summary

University of New Orleans is seeking a Coordinator of Student Leadership & Community Values to drive leadership education and engagement across campus. You’ll design programs, facilitate workshops, and support traditions that enhance student success and belonging.

In this role you’ll advise Greek life councils, foster inclusive leadership, and collaborate with student organizations to strengthen retention and community engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 1–2 years of student leadership or student affairs experience.
• Strong written and oral communication, event planning, and risk management skills.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and assess leadership programs, workshops, and retreats.
• Advise and support fraternities and sororities and coordinate chapter activities.
• Manage program budgets, travel, and communications; support campus traditions.
