Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social science field, leadership education, higher education administration, student personnel, or related discipline.
• Two (2) years of professional or graduate experience in student activities, fraternity and sorority affairs, leadership planning/development, or advising student groups in a higher education setting.
• One (1) year of experience in budget preparation and oversight, staff supervision and leadership initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Oversee supervision of Greek Life and development of the chapter accreditation program.
• Advise governing councils and student leaders; coordinate recruitment processes.
• Ensure risk management practices and compliance in programming; work with Residential Life staff.
