The Coordinator of Student Leadership & Community Values serves as a key driver of student leadership education, development, and engagement across campus. This role designs and implements leadership programs, facilitates workshops and retreats, and supports major campus traditions that strengthen student success and belonging. In addition, the Coordinator provides guidance to fraternity and sorority governing councils and chapters, integrating values-based leadership into the Greek experience. By fostering collaboration among student organizations and cultivating a culture of inclusive leadership, this position makes a significant impact on student growth, retention, and community engagement.
