Job summary

You will oversee the leadership curriculum, onboarding, elections education, and assessment of outcomes; supervise the Senior Coordinator and manage budgets, compliance, and cross‑campus partnerships to support student leaders’ success.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Higher Education/Student Affairs, Public Administration, or a closely related field.
• Minimum four years of progressive leadership experience in student affairs or related programs.
• Minimum two years of supervisory experience, including recruitment, performance management, and evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Serves as primary advisor to ASI Board of Directors and student leaders, guiding decisions to align with bylaws, policy, and law.
• Provides ongoing one‑to‑one coaching to student leaders; supports goal‑setting and balance of academics and leadership.
• Oversees design and delivery of the student government leadership curriculum, onboarding, orientations, workshops, and seminars.
