Job summary

Management & Training Corporation (MTC) in Clearfield, UT is seeking a Student Leadership Coordinator to supervise the student leadership program, council, and welfare fund, while coordinating leadership instruction and related services.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 1 year of related experience, with CDL endorsement within 60 days. Benefits include health/dental/vision, 401(k), PTO and holidays. Schedule is mid-day with some weekends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 1 year related experience.
• Directly related experience may be considered in lieu of formal education requirements.
• Experience with youth, excellent written and verbal communication skills and computer proficiency required.
• Must possess or acquire within 60 days of employment, a valid UT class B CDL with passenger endorsement and an acceptable driving record is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop center leadership program and provide leadership instruction; develop and prepare lessons for leadership classes.
• Provide coordination and oversight among, and between, all student leadership positions to include staff representatives.
• Supervise student leadership council, which includes maintaining communication with administration, scheduling and supervising meetings and guiding development of skills in self-government.
• Coordinate the concessions operation and administer student welfare fund
• Chaperone student leadership functions

Job responsibilities: Responsible for supervision of student leadership program, student leadership council, welfare fund, leadership instruction, religious and voting services as well as welfare fund concessions.
