Job summary

Reporting to the Service Desk Manager, you will greet customers, handle phone inquiries, create and update service requests, and collaborate with technicians to ensure timely issue resolution. A student in good standing is required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with technicians and team members to prioritize workload.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the department.
