• Currently enrolled college student.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly with clients and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Support IT help desk for password management and user account issues.
• Communicate with clients and colleagues to ensure clear information exchange.
• Troubleshoot account issues using available resources.
• Document calls and interactions in the ticketing system.
• Provide secure password resets and account unlocks per security protocols.
