Qualifications

• Second year or transfer standing in Computer Science or related major.
• 6+ months of job-related experience.
• Software experience using Python, SQL, MS Office 365.
• Must be able to work independently with limited supervision.
• Satisfactory completion of training programs and ability to show competencies.
• Understands all aspects of the job and responsibilities.
• Ability to set the example and follow policies and guidelines.

Responsibilities

• General office duties, tutoring, and research support.
• Receive and stock items, prepare documents, and assist with schedules.
• Deliver high level customer service and manage multiple tasks.
• Assist with special projects and training staff as needed.
• Communicate status updates with supervisor regularly.
• Oversee daily work assignments and ensure task completion.
• Maintain clean, sanitized workstations and uphold safety policies.
