Job summary

Cal Poly Pomona Enterprises Employment Services is seeking a Student Assistant to support Operations, IT, Residential Education, and Maintenance tasks on campus. Under supervision, you will assist with general office duties, customer service, and lease-related activities, helping students gain hands-on experience.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED and that you are a Cal Poly Pomona student.

Qualifications

• Cal Poly Pomona student.
• Customer service background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide a wide variety of general office and outdoor duties, including assisting individuals and answering phones.
• Deliver high level of interactive customer service and handle confidential materials with accuracy.
• Work independently and as part of a team, supporting multiple projects simultaneously.
• Perform cleaning, move furniture, and assist with maintenance tasks as needed.
• Assist with leasing processes and give property/unit tours when required.
• Use housing database software and Microsoft applications for daily tasks.
