The Strategy & Transformation Intern will support high-priority initiatives that advance the strategic objectives of The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center. Interns will collaborate closely with Strategy & Transformation professionals, contributing to projects that have a meaningful impact on patients, providers, and the broader health system. College students pursuing a degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Operations, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field. Candidates should have a strong interest in healthcare, business strategy, analytics, or operational improvement and be eager to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic healthcare environment. A working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite is required, along with strong attention to detail, reliability, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
