Job summary

Texas A&M University’s Aggie Honor System Office seeks an Academic Integrity Specialist to develop student development programs and support services. The role partners with campus colleagues to address policy adherence, accountability, and leadership training.

The successful candidate will show strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative approach in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on integrity and service to the university community.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Three years of related experience in student affairs or conduct work related to academic integrity, with two years in higher education.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main contact for administrative consultations on conflict resolution, event planning, and policies.
• Provide risk management and event planning support across platforms and initiatives.
• Support the Honor Council with leadership development, training, budgeting, and program evaluation.
• Supervise staff, graduate assistants, practicum students, and interns.
• Maintain files, liaise with university staff, and participate in committees.
