Job summary

Texas A&M University invites applications for an Academic Integrity Specialist (Student Development Specialist III) in the Aggie Honor System Office in College Station. The role develops and implements student developmental programs, supports conflict resolution, university policies, and accountability processes.

The successful candidate will collaborate with campus partners and consult with those seeking support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Three years of related experience in student affairs or conduct work related to academic integrity, with two years of experience in higher education.
• Strong knowledge of word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Consultation and Support: act as the main contact for administrative consultations on conflict resolution, event planning, leadership development, risk management, policies, and accountability.
• Risk Management: provide event planning and risk management support across platforms and initiatives.
• Honor Council Advising: offer administrative support including leadership development, training, and program logistics.
