Job summary

Custom Computer Specialists is seeking a detail‑oriented professional to ensure student data integrity within a large school district in Westchester County. You will lead and guide the student information flow, generate reports, and help staff use SIS and related educational applications.

Responsibilities include validating data, coordinating trainings, and creating documentation while managing ongoing SIS projects.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ experience managing Student Information Systems (SIS), and working with educational technology
• Exceptional Microsoft Excel skillset
• Strong telephone presence to assist end users, and help them navigate various applications

Responsibilities

• Validate, maintain, and generate reporting on student data
• Coordinate presentations and training for staff on programs and procedures used for student data maintenance
• Produce process and procedural documentation
• Produce status/activity reports on regular basis
• Manage/coordinate projects (e.g. school year rollover within SIS)
