Job summary

You will collaborate with campus departments, stay informed about federal and state regulations, and help implement efficient financial aid policies and procedures to support student success.

Qualifications

• Experience in financial aid or student services within higher education.
• Strong knowledge of federal and state financial aid programs and regulations.
• Proficient with financial aid software and MS Office suite.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field as a minimum requirement.

Responsibilities

• Assist students in navigating the financial aid process, including applications and document verification.
• Conduct financial aid presentations and counseling sessions for students.
• Evaluate applications to determine eligibility for federal, state, and institutional aid programs.
