Job summary

Eastern Kentucky University is seeking a Card Services Associate for the Richmond Campus. This student position offers up to 20 hours per week with a minimum wage of $8.00 per hour.

The role provides front-line customer service to a diverse campus community, including students, faculty, administrators, and contractors, and entails ID card printing and handling inquiries. You must be an EKU student; strong communication and discretion are preferred, with prior office or customer service

Qualifications

• Applicants should exhibit excellent communication skills and the discretion to uphold applicable university protocols and confidentiality obligations.
• Previous experience in a professional office or customer service environment is preferred.
• Applicants must be a student enrolled at EKU.

Responsibilities

• Print replacement ID cards for patrons - (Essential, 75%).
• Answer questions from visiting patrons - (Essential, 20%).
• Keep the office organized and update virtual files as needed - (Marginal, 5%).
