Job summary

Yugo Auburn North is seeking an Assistant General Manager to help oversee daily property operations and support the General Manager in delivering a high-quality student housing experience.

You will manage resident accounts, assist with rent processes, renewals, and lease applications while coordinating with maintenance and vendors to ensure safety, curb appeal, and occupancy goals. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; equivalent experience allowed in lieu of degree.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in residential properties or related operations.
• Experience in a university/college setting preferred.
• Entrata or similar rental software experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily property operations in collaboration with the General Manager.
• Manage resident accounts, including rent collections and deposits.
• Support lease renewals, retention, and eviction processes per policy.
• Maintain resident records, lease files, and financial documentation.
• Assist with monthly financial reporting and budgeting processes.
• Lead leasing and marketing efforts, conduct property tours and process applications.
• Monitor market trends and pricing to support occupancy and performance.
• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve resident concerns.
• Coordinate with vendors and maintenance teams for service needs.
• Assist with move-in/move-out processes and inspections.
• Support team leadership activities and staff development.
