Job summary

Yugo Charlotte is seeking an Assistant General Manager to oversee daily property operations at College Downs. You will work with the General Manager to ensure exceptional student living experiences and maintain a welcoming environment for residents.

Responsibilities include rent collections, lease renewals, budgeting, vendor coordination, and leasing tours. The role requires at least one year in residential properties, strong customer service skills, and Entrata experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree not mandatory.
• Minimum one year in residential properties or rental operations.
• Experience at a university/college property is a plus.
• Entrata or similar rental software experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily property operations and ensure policy adherence.
• Manage resident accounts, rent collections, and deposits.
• Support lease renewals and eviction processes per policy.
• Maintain resident records and financial documentation.
• Assist with monthly financial reporting and budgets.
• Lead leasing and marketing efforts, tours, and applications.
• Monitor market trends and adjust pricing to support occupancy.
• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve resident concerns.
• Coordinate with vendors and maintenance teams.
• Conduct regular property inspections for curb appeal and safety.
