Qualifications

• Capable of handling inquiries via phone, email, and online channels.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage prospective residents, delivering an exceptional first impression.
• Conduct tours of model units, available apartments, and amenities.
• Convert leads into leases with strong closing techniques.
• Assist prospects with online applications and the leasing process.
• Maintain accurate traffic and leasing data and support resident engagement.
