• Assist prospects with the online application and leasing process.
• Maintain strong closing ratios and contribute to occupancy goals.
• Deliver outstanding service aligned with the playbook.
• Build relationships with residents and prospects.
• Support resident retention through positive engagement and service.
• Utilize marketing strategies to drive traffic and leasing activity.
• Maintain detailed prospect traffic and leasing data.
• Assist with move-ins, move-outs, and unit inspections.
