Job summary

Tailwind Group, a top twenty owner and manager of off-campus student housing, is hiring a Leasing Specialist for The Quarters Auburn in Auburn, Alabama. This full-time role supports and executes the property's sales and marketing strategy, builds relationships with residents and prospects, and drives leasing and occupancy goals.

Work Tue–Fri 9:00am–6:00pm and Sat 9:30am–4:00pm, with nights or weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Two or more years of experience in customer service, sales, or retail.
• One+ years of progressive experience in student housing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate excellent customer service with residents and prospects.
• Maintain curb appeal and oversee property grounds and amenities.
• Support leasing efforts to achieve annual occupancy targets.
• Lead tours, respond to inquiries, and convert prospects.
• Assist in training Community Assistant(s) on sales techniques.
