Job summary

Roundhouse in Fort Collins, CO is hiring a Leasing Consultant. You’ll manage the leasing process from first hello to signed lease, welcome prospects, and build resident relations while ensuring a high occupancy and quality resident experience.

The role requires strong sales and customer-service skills, a high school diploma, and familiarity with CRM tools. It is a full-time, on-site position with Saturday hours and potential commissions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Leasing experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook).
• Strong sales and customer-service skills.
• Occasional travel between properties may be required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome prospects, answer questions, and verify eligibility as first contact.
• Build strong resident relations and drive retention.
• Walk the community daily to keep tours, models, amenities, and common areas sharp.
• Prepare and process notices to vacate, renewals, applications, move-ins/outs, transfers, and roommate changes.
• Hit occupancy, renewals, and turn-time targets with a 35% rental closing ratio.
• Manage resident communications and CRM records.
• Monitor local market trends and recommend competitive pricing to Community Manager.
• Support marketing and flag local opportunities.
• Plan and host resident events and activities.
• Maintain organized resident and vendor files; follow safety and housing rules.
