Trinity Property Consultants is seeking a Leasing Consultant in Tallahassee, FL to serve as the face of the property, delivering outstanding service while driving leasing goals. You’ll guide prospective residents through showings, applications, and move-in to create a welcoming community.

The role offers flexible scheduling around your school commitments, with approximately 20–25 hours per week and a pay rate of $14–$15 per hour, plus potential commission based on performance.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year in a customer service or sales role; multifamily leasing experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; certifications in Fair Housing are a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office; experience with Yardi, Entrata, EliseAI, and social media is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Show, lease, and welcome prospective residents to the property.
• Assist in completing market surveys and execute marketing strategies to maintain occupancy.
• Process rental applications accurately and efficiently.
• Guide residents through move-in for a smooth experience.
• Maintain daily updates of unit availability and community calendars.
• Handle resident collections in accordance with Trinity’s standards.
