Job summary

Student Quarters is seeking a Part-time Leasing Consultant in Tallahassee to handle leasing, sales, and customer service for the community. You will show apartments, process applications, and guide move-in procedures, while ensuring compliance with housing laws and delivering top-notch resident service.

The role requires excellent English communication, computer literacy, and prior leasing or sales experience. Weekend availability is expected, with 20 hours per week at one On-site location.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to read and write English fluently is required.
• Previous leasing and/or sales experience is preferred.
• Experience with property management software such as Entrata is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet, greet and provide tours to leasing prospects.
• Respond quickly and effectively to rental inquiries online, in person or by phone.
• Enter and maintain lead information accurately within Entrata.
• Close the leasing process by asking for the sale.
• Assist with planning and hosting resident events and marketing efforts.
• Manage waitlists and communicate changes to prospects.
• Ensure timelines and paperwork for leases and move-ins are completed.
• Support day-to-day customer service needs at the community.
