Article Student Living is seeking a Leasing & Marketing Manager in Raleigh, NC to lead sales and marketing plans, drive occupancy goals, and mentor a team of Community Assistants and Leasing Professionals. The role emphasizes leasing closings, event coordination, and brand standard adherence.

You will report to the Property Manager. Compensation ranges from $50K to $54K annually with full-time benefits and growth opportunities within our student housing portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred, or comparable related student housing experience.
• 1+ years of leasing and sales experience.
• Social media and digital marketing experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct tours and close leases with prospective residents.
• Train and manage the leasing staff.
• Develop the annual renewal leasing campaign.
• Create the annual marketing plan and budget and evaluate its success.
• Coordinate campus events related to housing.
• Partner with local businesses for co-marketing opportunities.
