Qualifications

• Demonstrate a positive, professional and enthusiastic attitude.
• First Aid/CPR certification or willingness to obtain.
• Valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance preferred.
• Ability to operate general office equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with leasing to ensure full lease-up and maintenance of high occupancy levels.
• Manage property licenses and the renewal process.
• Investigate and respond to resident concerns and complaints.
