Job summary

Landmark Properties, Inc. is seeking a Community Manager to drive asset performance by leading the site team and achieving occupancy targets while delivering exceptional resident service.

This role reports to the Regional Director - Operations and manages a diverse team to maximize NOI and asset value. Requires a bachelor’s degree (preferred) with at least 2 years in property management, preferably in student housing, and applicable licenses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; High School Diploma equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in various property management roles required; preferably in student housing.
• Locally mandated licenses/certifications strongly preferred and in some cases required.

Responsibilities

• Team Management: guide staff, set expectations, monitor performance, and handle payroll and reviews.
• Financial Management: analyze reports, forecast decisions, manage budget and expenditures.
• Leasing & Marketing: develop plans to meet occupancy goals, monitor leasing velocity, manage resident relations.
• Facilities: lead maintenance planning, bids, contracts, and vendor liaison.
• Customer Service: manage residence life programs, resolve disputes and maintain online reputation.
• Risk Control: ensure fair housing compliance, protect confidential information, maintain emergency procedures.
