Job summary

Article Student Living is seeking a part-time Community Assistant to support the on-site team, attract qualified prospective residents, and engage with current residents at our Minneapolis properties.

You will greet visitors, conduct property tours, participate in campus networking and marketing, and assist the Leasing & Marketing Manager with social media postings. Current students and residents are encouraged to apply.

• Strong communication with residents and visitors.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

• Be a helpful resource for residents.
• Take part in campus networking and marketing.
• Conduct property tours to potential residents.
• Warmly greet visitors and update the log sheet.
• Follow-up calls to residents and resident prospects.
• Assist with social media postings for leasing and marketing.
• Maintain a clean and welcoming environment.
