You will be the face of the property, conduct tours, participate in campus events, greet visitors, and assist the Leasing & Marketing Manager with social posts, while ensuring a clean, welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

• Be a helpful resource for residents
• Take part in campus networking and marketing
• Conduct property tours to potential residents
• Warmly greet visitors and update the log sheet
• Follow-up calls to residents and resident prospects
• Assist the Leasing & Marketing Manager in creating social media postings
• Ensure a clean and welcoming environment
