Job summary

Rise on West Campus in Austin is seeking a part-time Community Assistant to support the on-site team, help attract qualified residents and engage with current residents. You will be the face of the property and conduct tours with prospective residents while joining community events.

You will report to the Property Manager, assist with social media postings, greet visitors, and help maintain a welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• No prior experience is required for this entry-level position.
• Current students and residents are encouraged to apply.
• Adjust quickly to changing priorities.
• Organize tasks and focus on main priorities.

Responsibilities

• Be a helpful resource for residents
• Take part in campus networking and marketing
• Conduct property tours to potential residents
• Warmly greet visitors and update the log sheet
• Follow-up calls to residents and resident prospects
• Assist the Leasing & Marketing Manager in creating social media postings
• Ensure a clean and welcoming environment
