Job summary

Article Student Living is seeking a part-time Community Assistant to support the on-site team, engage with residents, attract qualified leads, and participate in campus networking and property tours.

As the on-site face of the property, you will greet visitors, log interactions, assist with social media postings, and help keep a clean, welcoming environment while reporting to the Property Manager.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required for this entry-level position.
• Current students and residents are encouraged to apply.
• Customer service focused.
• Adjust quickly to changing priorities.
• Organize tasks and focus on main priorities.

Responsibilities

• Be a helpful resource for residents.
• Take part in campus networking and marketing.
• Conduct property tours to potential residents.
• Warmly greet visitors and update the log sheet.
• Follow-up calls to residents and resident prospects.
• Assist the Leasing & Marketing Manager in creating social media postings.
• Ensure a clean and welcoming environment.
