Qualifications

• Associate's degree with 2–4 years of administrative/office experience in higher education or equivalent.
• Experience addressing customer service needs through multiple channels (phone, email, chat, in person).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team on projects and assignments.
• Experience building collaborative partnerships with campus stakeholders.
• Experience with inclusion, belonging, and wellbeing programs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate room assignments for ~9,200 beds and manage applications, waitlists, and changes.
• Process housing billing and handle financial adjustments with accuracy.
• Guide students and families through housing policies and special circumstances.
• Maintain data in the housing management system and support communications.
• Contribute to training and development of housing systems and policies.
