The Student Help Desk Analyst, under the direct supervision of full-time IT staff, serves as a primary point of contact for the university community seeking technical assistance. This role is focused on providing foundational (Tier 1) support for a wide range of IT services. The Analyst will perform a variety of IT Service Desk and classroom support activities, including remote and walk-up customer support. This position is an excellent opportunity for a student to gain hands-on experience in a professional IT environment, develop critical thinking skills, and learn to effectively diagnose, troubleshoot, and escalate technical incidents and requests.
